Emergencies

In case of any type of emergency, dial 9-911 (or 911 if outside the building) first and inform the dispatcher the nature of the emergency and all pertinent information required for an adequate response (i.e. who, what, where, etc.). 

After speaking with 911, immediately notify building security at (980) 388-3772 to ensure building security can assist police, fire, or medic when they arrive at the facility in a timely manner.

Services

The Transamerica Square Parking Deck is managed by Standard Parking Systems.   The parking office is located on the P1 level of the garage by the bottom of the 7th street entrance ramp and can be reached from the parking deck or inside the building.  The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00pm.  You can purchase parking validaton stickers for guests, as well as, turn in access card applications and cancellations at the office.

• $2.00 for the first 20 minutes within the parking garage
• $2.00 for every 20 minutes thereafter (daily maximum of $16.00)
