TRC Information & Meeting Dates- 2010

Tenant Representative Committee (TRC)

 

The Tenant Representative Committee is a group that meets three times annually to discuss building issues.   We present ideas on how to make our building the best it can possibly be.  These representatives communicate one on one with the Transamerica Square Management Team.  They suggest ideas and present problems that may occur on their specific floor or within the building.  To communicate successfully throughout the building, these delegates provide news that needs to spread quickly to their co-workers.  They also present Property Management with feedback from their department or company.

 

Along with the committee members, the Transamerica Square Management Team also attends.  The building management team consists of representatives from the following companies:

  • Bank of America Corporate Security and/or Life Safety
  • Lincoln Harris
  • Standard Parking
  • The Wackenhut Corporation
 
The 2010 TRC dates are as follows:
 
February 09, 2010      (Training Room 240, 2nd floor from 12p-1:30p)
June 15, 2010             (Training Room 240, 2nd floor from 12p-1:30p)
October 21, 2010       (Training Room 240, 2nd floor from 12p-1:30p)
