Hours of Operation

Transamerica Square is staffed to provide full property services during the normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Overtime HVAC and Lighting
All overtime HVAC and lighting requests can be pre-programmed or on an as needed basis.
Normal Business Hours (M-F 8am-5pm):

After normal business hours:
Contact building security at 980-388-3772 (to schedule last minute lighting & HVAC requests)
