Rock Bottom- This restaurant features the best of American cuisine including pizza, burgers, and BBQ ribs! Hand crafted beer on site with Rock Bottom's own brewery. Pool tables, occasional live music, and outdoor seating are just a couple of the wonderful amenities. Private parties are welcome!
LoLa's- Your Grandmother’s home cooking! You’ll be able to treat yourself to real mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, green beans and Chicken & dumplings. Catering is also available for private parties and business functions. Take out is not only common but welcome.
Therapy Marketplace & Cafe' - uptown’s best coffee bar - features gourmet coffee, espresso, cappuccinos and lattes. An assortment of sandwiches and soups for your lunch desires. Cold treats such as milkshakes & fruit smoothies refresh and rejuvenate. Not to mention the 52 diffferent Martini's that are served after the sun goes down!!
Lee S undries and Dry Cleaners - This sundries shop offers a variety of snacks, sodas, cards and other last minute items, as well as a convenient dry-cleaning service.
Bank of America ATM – is located in the breezeway.
Outdoor Plaza Area - Transamerica Square has a beautiful outdoor plaza equipped with benches, tables, and chairs, ash/trash receptacles, two fountains and planters landscaped with trees and seasonal flowers. The outdoor plaza is accessible from the lobby level. The plaza is available for parties and functions. Please call the management office for more details (704) 388-8230.
Tenant Representative Program - The Transamerica Square Tenant Representative Committee (TRC) includes an individual from each floor. Building Management meets with the committee once every three months to notify the tenants of upcoming events and changes within the building. Special meetings are also conducted with guest speakers, including the Charlotte Police Department, American Red Cross and the Charlotte Fire Department. These meetings also allow the tenants to discuss topics such as cleaning, security, maintenance and other concerns with the Building Management team.
Digital Cable Television - Digital cable tailored to the business customer is provided to the building through Time Warner Cable.
Emergency Evacuation Training - A semi-annual training class is conducted at Transamerica Square by the Director of Security. Emergency Representatives (E-Reps) from each floor review emergency evacuation procedures and learn more about the state-of-the-art emergency equipment in Transamerica Square. Fire drills are conducted twice a year in conjunction with the Charlotte Fire Department & Police Department, which offers helpful advice and feedback on the tenant's knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
Special Events Notification - E-mail notifications are sent to tenants to inform them of upcoming building events and street closings for events in the center city. These items can also be found on this website!
Vending Machine Refunds - All building vending machines are provided by Canteen. Building Management has an agreement with Canteen for all tenant reimbursements to be handled in the management office.
